- Gradient effect: Some info boxes in the app use a gradient background that often matches the text color, making them hard to read. Examples include the “Inbox” screen when no documents are available or the “Beta Software” notice. Improving the contrast would help with readability.
- Emojis in text: In some areas (for example, during data upload), my iOS emoji appears directly in the text. It might look cleaner to remove it or place it separately, similar to how other processing steps are displayed.
- Distracting animations:
- The upload/processing hints at the bottom pop up and close repeatedly, especially for each file being processed. This feels a bit restless.
- The sync indicator on the home screen could be made more subtle. For instance, consider showing just a circle that fills up with progress and the percentage inside. Additional info (such as which file is syncing and its status) could appear only when tapping the indicator as a popout. Perhaps the indicator could also be moved to the top menu or sidebar.
- Vibe Coding: is “vibe coding” being used here? The first two points in particular give off that impression.

Good Morning Menom,
I am currently collecting UI/UX feedback and have made this a priority for the next releases. I had UI/UX elements (for me widgets/screens) generated by LLM. I readily admit that my manual work would have resulted in poorer app designs.
However, I am currently receiving a lot of good UI/UX feedback and am also using the app myself. This gives me a very good feel for the look and feel.
With this in mind, thank you very much for your feedback.
Cheers,
Björn
