Support for 2nd link for the server

Hello, 

Thanks for this lovely app, this makes my paperless-ngx  journy seamless accross desktop and mobile.

I would like to request these 2 features

1. Support for 2nd URL to access the server. 1 for the internal link when I am at home, 2nd link an external link to access the server when not at home, via vpn or tailscare or cloudflare or what ever.
2. Auto switch between Internal and external URL based on the wifi connection.

Similar feature is existing in apps like Home Assistant.
