Tag filtering behavior — AND vs. OR logic

When selecting multiple tags in the app, the results seem to combine them with OR logic, returning documents that match any of the selected tags. The native web app, by contrast, applies AND logic, narrowing results to documents matching all selected tags — which feels far more intuitive for progressive refinement. Is the OR behavior intentional, or could AND logic be considered to align with the web experience?
