Connected to server, but uploading documents not possible

Hi everybody,

I've just installed PaperNext and it does make a very good first impression.

The main reason why I downloaded the app is that I wanted to have an easy way of scanning and uploading documents to my Paperless-ngx server. However, scanned documents seem to disappear into thin air.

I've successfully connected to my server: My Anroid smartphone and the server are on the same network, and I've entered my server's custom domain (https://paperless.example.com) as well as the correct login credentials (user name and password).

In the app, I can see the documents that are on my server. Scanning documents is also working, in principal at least. But as soon as I've finished scanning, there's no trace of any output file. I'm not sure if the specifics of my Paperless-ngx instance might have something to do with that:

I run it behind a reverse proxy (Nginx Proxy Manager) in a docker container on an Unraid server. The consume directory is located in a network share (/mnt/user/scans/) which is mapped to the container path of the Paperless-ngx docker container (/usr/src/paperless/consume). I don't see any way in PaperNext to upload files to the consume directory, but maybe I'm just a little bit daft.

Cheers

Hi Jean-Luc,

do you see it on your paperless-ngx server under "Tasks"?

Greetings,
Björn
