Feature Requests: copy text from PDF Preview

Hello Björn, I would like to suggest the following enhancement:

Currently: it is not possible to do text selection directly from the PDF of a document although OCR was done. You need to go to content tab (Inhalt / Dokumentinhalt) to copy plain text from there. 

Request: add OCR layer to preview (Vorschau) and allow text selection and copy from there.

You can open the PDF via the three dots "Open in..." - this will open a PDF viewer on your device, which usually offers those features since the OCR layer is added by paperless-ngx.

I am also currently investigating pdfrx – this would add the functionality directly to PaperNext.
